Achieved a 90% user adoption rate for the “Opening Soon” feature, demonstrating strong interest and engagement from users seeking early market intelligence.

Brizo users needed a way to find restaurants before they opened. Existing tools only showed active ones, forcing them to use scattered sources. The goal was to design a premium feature offering early insights without adding friction.

Approach

The goal was to add the “Opening Soon” insight seamlessly. I explored subtle entry points and integrated it into existing workflows for a natural flow.

Through prototyping, I tested UI options—locked cards, modals, and filters—to balance visibility and subtlety. The final design used a simple inline card with a short modal and filter. About 90% of users requested access, confirming its success.
